Greet students & visitors in a positive, friendly manner; answer basic questions; complete special projects as needed; direct people to appropriate person or department; word processing and data entry; create and utilize spreadsheets; filing; handling confidential information.
Must have a general knowledge of SUU campus.
Qualifications:
Enter data of COG travelers; Conference planning & preparation; assist SIEL team with special projects; high skill level with MS Office, Google and Adobe; professional communication skills, both written and oral; punctual & dependable; ability to multitask and manage time effectively; work well with others.
Prefer previous data entry and office experience.
